Job Role: Head - QC

Job Description:

• Strategic planning and overall management of the QC department.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GLP, GMP, ICH).
• Overseeing implementation of analytical methodologies and validation.
• Ensuring laboratory operations meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Budgeting, resource allocation and staff management.
• Facilitating training and development programs.
• Coordinating with other departments like R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Production.
• Maintaining audit readiness and managing external audits and inspections.
• Continuous improvement of QC processes and methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, etc.).
• Regulatory and compliance expertise.
