Head of Design (bags/accessories, home décor, gifts, or textiles )

About The Job

The Head of Design will define and drive Company’s overall design vision across categories,

ensuring every collection reflects the brand’s unique character while responding to evolving

consumer tastes and market opportunities. This is a leadership role for a seasoned design

professional who brings creative depth, cultural sensitivity, strong product thinking, and a sharp

commercial instinct.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of design leadership experience in premium consumer products
• Strong expertise in at least two relevant categories such as bags/accessories, home
  
  

décor, gifts, or textiles.

• Proven experience working closely with sourcing and merchandising from concept to shelf
• Strong understanding of materials, prototyping, and production processes
• Command across disciplines such as illustration, graphic design, textiles, and interiors
• A strong portfolio showcasing trend-aware, culturally attuned, and commercially
  
  

successful work

• Deep awareness of design and cultural trends in India and global markets.
• Ability to translate brand identity, trends, consumer insight, and sourcing realities into
  
  

distinctive collections

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C
  
  

suite and senior stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from a reputed institution; business
