NAI Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing coffee brand focused on creating exceptional coffee experiences through premium products, innovative packaging, and compelling brand storytelling. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of the brand across packaging, retail, digital, and marketing platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design portfolio, excellent understanding of consumer branding, and proven experience in packaging design for FMCG, food & beverage, or retail brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Identity & Creative Leadership
  • Lead the visual direction and execution of NAI Coffee's brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across retail stores, packaging, digital media, merchandise, events, and corporate communications.
  • Develop creative concepts for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high creative standards.
Packaging Design & Product Branding
  • Lead the design and development of packaging for coffee, beverages, food products, gifting, and merchandise.
  • Create innovative, premium, and market-ready packaging that enhances shelf appeal and customer experience.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with a thorough understanding of print specifications, color management, and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Drive packaging innovation while maintaining compliance with statutory labeling and packaging requirements.
Digital & Social Media Branding
  • Lead the creative execution for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Design high-quality social media campaigns, digital advertisements, website banners, emailers, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually impactful monthly content calendars and campaign creatives.
  • Ensure all digital assets align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
Marketing & Retail Communication
  • Design menus, brochures, POS materials, standees, store branding, signage, exhibition materials, and promotional collateral.
  • Develop visual concepts for café interiors, product displays, kiosks, and merchandising.
  • Support franchise and retail expansion with brand-compliant creative assets.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual communication.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in branding, packaging, typography, design systems, and consumer behavior.
  • Present creative concepts confidently to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the brand experience through design.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Applied Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates from NIFT or other reputed design institutes will be preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging, and brand communication.
  • Experience with premium FMCG, food & beverage, coffee, hospitality, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Figma and Canva
  • Strong understanding of packaging production, print technologies, color management, and pre-press processes
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage
