Role Description The Video Editor and Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves planning, editing, and producing video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and brand communication. The team member will design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital channels, including websites, social media, presentations, and ads, while maintaining consistent brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories, organizing and managing raw footage and design files, and optimizing content for various platforms and aspect ratios. The role also requires staying current with design and video trends, proposing creative ideas, and delivering projects on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in video editing and post-production using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Proficiency in graphic design and digital illustration using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience creating social media content, motion graphics, and basic animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects or comparable software).
  • Ability to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling for digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Media, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, or technology sectors is an advantage but not required.
