Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri for a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. The role involves conceptualizing and producing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications, including storyboarding, editing, and adding motion graphics and sound. The team member will design visual assets such as social media creatives, infographics, web banners, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, adapting concepts for different formats and platforms, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and optimizing assets for digital channels. The role also requires maintaining organized media libraries, staying current with design and editing trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance campaign impact.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong video production and editing skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Candidates should possess graphic design capabilities using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable design applications.
• Candidates should possess motion graphics and basic animation skills, ideally with experience in Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating digital marketing assets for social media, web, email, and other online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Candidates should possess good communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A relevant diploma or degree in design, media, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with market intelligence or data-driven marketing concepts and an interest in applying creative work to B2B and B2C campaigns will be considered a plus.
