Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual and visual skills and can create engaging designs across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with global & regional marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual content including KV creation, BTL assets, packaging, brochures, and other marketing materials including adaptations.
• Work with regional teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective design solutions.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Make videos for training, digital & other ATL mediums, with knowledge of AI tools and latest video software available.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field with certifications in AI tools & video creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
• Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and materials.
• Photography or illustration skills.
• Video Creation with AI Usage.
