Job Description

Job Title: Head Design & Execution (Interiors)

Location: Mumbai

Company: Della Luxury Products

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Interiors to lead both design and execution of luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing high-end residential, hospitality, or township projects, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Management
  • Lead and oversee the conceptualization, design development, and detailing of interior projects.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and external vendors.
  • Ensure designs align with Della’s luxury brand standards and client expectations.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Project Execution
  • Manage end-to-end execution of interior projects from site mobilization to handover.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Identify and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders to track progress.
  • Ensure timely procurement and material availability.
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Evaluate variations, change orders, and cost implications.
  • Client Coordination
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients during project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates, presentations, and progress reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Job Expectations

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of interior design, materials, and execution techniques
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project/Excel (or similar tools)
  • Experience in handling high-end/luxury projects is a must
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lonavala and travel as required

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering
