Location: Ludhiana/Mohali
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic US Sales Executive to support our US Sales Manager in driving business development activities for the North American market. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in international sales.
The selected candidate will assist in lead generation, outbound calling, email outreach, CRM management, appointment scheduling, and day-to-day sales coordination. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and contribute to achieving business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the US Sales Manager in day-to-day sales and business development activities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and scheduling meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining trackers, and updating sales data.
- Conduct basic online research to identify potential clients and target companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and execution of client requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
- Perform other sales support and administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in sales, tele calling, customer support, or business development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in international B2B sales.
- Ability to work in a night shift (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST) from the Ludhiana office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
