Growth & Operations Executive (Lead Generation & Marketing Support)

Kolkata | Full-time | On-site

₹1.8 – 2.4 LPA (Probation: 90 days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Operations Executive to manage lead generation, outreach, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. This role is the operational backbone of the team, ensuring that leads, content, and deliverables move smoothly from planning to execution.

This is a junior-level, execution-focused role. You will handle operational and coordination tasks, assist with basic digital marketing campaigns, and ensure smooth workflow across the team.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary)

  • Research and build lead lists for India and UAE markets
  • Identify brands, founders, and decision-makers
  • Maintain and update the lead database daily

Outreach Support

  • Send cold messages via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email
  • Follow up consistently with leads
  • Track conversations and responses

Ads & Marketing Support (Secondary)

  • Assist in running basic Meta/Google Ads campaigns
  • Track performance and prepare simple reports

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for leads, campaigns, and outreach
  • Ensure posts, content, and deliverables are coordinated and executed on time
  • Handle calendar scheduling, reminders, and basic admin tasks
  • Support day-to-day operations across multiple projects


Skills Required

Must-Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in lead generation or outreach
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads
  • Interest in operational workflows and coordination

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Can handle both structured and ad hoc work
  • Take ownership and complete tasks end-to-end

Output Expectations

  • Generate and update lead lists daily; track all outreach and follow-ups
  • Execute basic Meta/Google Ads tasks and maintain campaign performance reports
  • Produce clear, organized reporting of all operational and marketing activities
  • Coordinate content, campaigns, and tasks across the team to ensure deadlines are met
