Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve sales and operational goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, training and supervising staff, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment. You will also handle customer concerns, supervise transactions, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Store Management with skills in retail operations and inventory management
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for team leadership and interaction with customers
• Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and measures
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in a leadership position within retail is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is advantageous
