Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gujarat, India. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and drive sales growth of cocoa products. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional service to clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and targets with the company’s broader objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the food or cocoa industry, including familiarity with key products and industry trends, is a plus
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales software tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region
  • Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
