Job Description
- Traditional DS is only required (Statistical models and other models). No NLP or Gen AI/ML.
- Job is majorly on Number side. Strong in calculations i.e. Mathematics side.
- Work will be on Dynamic Pricing Models and Revenue Management Systems.
- Since from customer end, the actual data is around “Finance”, need to understand the in and out of how the $ figure flowing around the system(s).
- SQL skill is must. Understand DBMS/RDBMS concepts. Data optimization, performance tuning, deadlock/transactions, dependencies, etc.
- Should troubleshoot & debug on data discrepancies, duplicates, erroneous data, etc., and providing the solutions.
- Python, Pyspark is must.
- Good exposure on ETL/ELT side. ADF/ADLS.
- Good to have one or more skills around Power BI, Tablue, Qlik.
- Good to have Databricks (not mandatory).
- Communication & analytical skills is required.
