Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness of the company's VR walkthrough services.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns targeting architects, builders, interior designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.
- Research and identify potential prospects and market opportunities.
- Support outbound marketing initiatives and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences.
- Develop compelling messaging that educates prospects and drives engagement.
- Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Monitor campaign metrics and optimize performance to improve conversion rates.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics including engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Help establish marketing processes and best practices that can scale with the business.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing social media, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance.
- Ability to create professional, polished content for a premium audience.
- Experience marketing to the architecture, construction, design, real estate, or related industries.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience running campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing business environment.
- Portfolio or examples of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Remote (South Africa or Latin America preferred).
