We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager who can contribute to the growth of MSS Advisory while also working closely with our consulting clients to improve their business development and sales performance.

MSS Advisory is a business consulting firm that partners with educational institutions, SMEs, founders, and growing organisations to build scalable businesses through strategy, sales, branding, systems, operations, financial planning, and growth consulting.
YOUR ROLE
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a dual role:
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR MSS ADVISORY
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet founders, business owners, educational institutions, and corporate decision-makers.
- Represent MSS Advisory at networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into consulting clients.
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives.
2. GROWTH PARTNER FOR OUR CLIENTS
- Work closely with client management teams to improve business development activities.
- Guide and support client sales and admissions teams in achieving their targets.
- Conduct regular review meetings, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Assist in implementing sales processes, business systems, and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal consulting teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Travel to client locations whenever required.

- Has a genuine interest in business development, sales, and consulting.
- Is confident speaking with CXOs, founders, school managements, and business leaders.
- Has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Is fluent in English and Tamil.
- Is proactive, self-driven, organised, and willing to take ownership.
- Enjoys travelling, networking, and meeting new people.
- Can motivate teams and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
- Thinks beyond selling and enjoys solving business problems.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Educational Institutions, Corporate Sales, Consulting, or a related field.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, educational organisations, SMEs, or B2B businesses will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to managing or supporting sales teams is preferred.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
- Willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
