Role Description The Business Development Manager – Corporate Gifting & Institutional Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and acquiring corporate and institutional clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for gifting and bulk orders. Daily activities include prospecting new leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The manager coordinates with internal teams on product customization, packaging, branding, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. The role also requires tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, gathering market insights, and recommending strategies to grow revenue and expand the corporate gifting portfolio.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate gifting and institutional sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or gifting-related industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to network, build trust, and manage key accounts over time.
- Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and using CRM or similar tools to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities, with confidence in pitching solutions to decision-makers and closing deals.
- Understanding of corporate gifting trends, bulk order processes, and basic commercial terms (pricing, margins, discounts, and contracts).
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, emails, and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida, meeting clients in person, and coordinating closely with operations, packaging, and logistics teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience dealing with corporate HR, administration, procurement, or event teams for gifting and large-order requirements is highly beneficial.
