Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives at Finora Car Care. In this pivotal role, you will be required to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our strategic goals and ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business objectives and maximize ROI
  • Managing sales; which includes addressing leads, upselling, customer follow ups, and reviews
  • Maintaining CRM discipline to ensure clarity and accountability regarding sales operations.
  • Managing technicians, including their training, productivity, and delivery speed.
  • Financial responsibilities including collection and profitability of Finora Car Care

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, product management, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Neodove, etc) to analyse operations and drive decision making

Preferred:

  • Experience in automobile industry, specifically car detailing, car care, and car accessories
  • Experience in retail
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to leverage customer feedback and data to inform product and sales strategies

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
  • Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a strong focus on results
