Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group HR Manager at our Tiruppur location. The Group HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, conducting employee training and development programs, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, handling conflict resolution, and supervising HR department operations to align with the company’s business objectives.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Management, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and workplace regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Organizational Development, Change Management, and HR Policy Development
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior HR management experience, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industries, is a plus
