What You'll Do

Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets
Coordinate with our structural and interior design departments in the preparation of specifications for projects
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
Collaborate with our talented team of professionals to ensure project success

What We're Looking For

Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Bachelor Degree in civil engineering will also be considered
Minimum of one year of work experience in Malta
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Maltese is considered a bonus
Must have own transport
A passion for precision, numbers, and attention to detail
