Graphic Designer (Full-Time / Remote) – Immediate Joining

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Virtual Office – Google Meet active)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month

tests&funnels is a performance-driven marketing agency working with brands across D2C, healthcare, and service industries. We focus on content, paid ads, and conversion-led creative strategies.

We are looking for a graphic designer who understands performance-driven creatives, not just aesthetics. Your work will directly impact ad performance, engagement, and conversions.

• Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media
• Create high-converting static ads, carousels, and thumbnails
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaign creatives
• Edit and adapt designs based on performance feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Stay updated with current design and ad trends

• Strong understanding of Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Canva
• Understanding of ad creatives & marketing psychology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and availability during working hours
• Portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will be rejected)

• Experience with Meta Ads creatives
• Motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience in D2C or performance marketing

• Looking for part-time/freelance work
• Not available during working hours
• Only basic Canva-level designing
