Dubai Shift is a private, execution-led relocation and capital strategy institution for UK HNWIs. We are building a performance-led, AI-enabled marketing team and are looking for a Google Ads–proficient marketer who also understands SEO — including basic off-page SEO — and can work with AI to produce high-quality, humanised content.

This role is not entry-level.

You should be confident managing Google Ads and comfortable executing structured SEO tasks.

(You will be mentored to deepen your SEO expertise, GEO / AI visibility skills, and AI-driven content development capabilities.)

• Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
• Keyword research, ad copy testing, and performance analysis
• Maintaining campaign hygiene and reporting
• Supporting scale under strategic guidance

• Supporting on-page SEO optimisation and internal linking
• Executing structured, ethical off-page SEO tasks, including:
• Link placement on approved platforms
• Backlink tracking and monitoring
• Backlink hygiene (no spam or grey-hat tactics)
• Assisting with SEO performance tracking

• Producing and optimising content using AI tools
• Humanising AI-generated drafts to match brand voice
• Supporting content updates and SEO improvements

• Working closely with our Lead Growth Marketer
• Learning advanced SEO systems, GEO / AI visibility, and distribution strategies
• Expanding responsibility as the ecosystem grows

• Google Ads & Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)
• AI content tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
• Notion / ClickUp (or similar)
