As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and connect with our customers. You will play a vital role in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media
• Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
