Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor /Team Leader for Website Process, located in Kolkata. The Supervisor for Website Process will oversee daily operations, ensure team adherence to deadlines, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, optimizing processes, providing training and guidance, ensuring smooth workflow execution, and fostering effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The role will also involve analyzing process performance to identify areas of improvement.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
• Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements
• Effective Communication skills for clear instructions, collaboration, and stakeholder interactions
• Experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and skill development
• Proficiency in Process Optimization for streamlining workflows and achieving operational efficiency
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in website-related processes or digital operations is an advantage
• Minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
