Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Server, located in Kolkata. The F&B Server will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring food presentation meets company expectations, and addressing guest inquiries promptly. Collaboration with kitchen and staff is essential to deliver a seamless dining experience while fostering positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members
• Food Service expertise, including serving, handling, and presenting food and beverages
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a pleasant dining experience and address guest needs
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage operations and knowledge of menu items and preparation
• Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, and manage a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
