Go-to-Market Specialist (Enterprise & Agency Growth)

Job Description
We're looking for a Go-to-Market Specialist to build the GTM engine that drives ESGA's international growth.
Your success will be measured by one outcome:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise and agency opportunities across international markets.
You'll own everything required to achieve this outcome, including defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, outbound strategy, experimentation, campaign optimization, and performance improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience owning Go-to-Market for B2B products or services.
- Proven success generating qualified enterprise pipeline in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to turn market insights into measurable business growth.
- Someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting, and continuously improving GTM performance.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a sales role.
You will not be responsible for:
- Sales calls
- Closing deals
- Client onboarding
- Account management
- Creative production
Your responsibility ends when qualified opportunities enter the sales pipeline.
Recruitment Process
