About The Role

As Chief of Staff, you'll be the Founder/CEO's force multiplier during a pivotal scaling phase. You'll own the operating rhythm of the company, drive cross-functional initiatives across our deep-tech product and research teams, and serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO with investors, partners, and global accelerator programs. This is a high-ownership, first-of-its-kind role at PrivaSapien — you'll be building the execution discipline of the organisation from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Own the OKR system end-to-end — design, roll out, and run the company's quarterly OKR cycle; facilitate planning, drive alignment across product, research, engineering, sales, and marketing, and hold the organisation accountable to measurable outcomes
• Run the company's operating cadence — weekly leadership reviews, business reviews, board prep, and the follow-through that turns decisions into shipped outcomes
• Build and maintain a live performance dashboard across all departments; surface risks and red flags to the CEO before they escalate
• Drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering
• Act as a proxy for the CEO: prioritise time, prepare for investor, partner, and customer meetings, and represent CEO thinking internally and externally
• Manage relationships and deliverables tied to accelerator programs, beta programs, grants, technology standardisation, and global expansion
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and internal communications
• Resolve operational problems that don't need the CEO's direct involvement
  
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• Has run OKR cycles end-to-end — designed the framework, ran check-ins, held teams accountable to committed outcomes (not just tracking or coaching)
• Minimum 8 years of total work experience
• Has worked in a Founder's Office, CEO Office, or held a true Chief of Staff title with evidence of real mandate — not self-assigned
• Average tenure of 2.5+ years across career — no chronic job-hopping
• Has worked in a startup (Series A–D) at any point in their career
• Cross-functional execution track record — has driven initiatives across at least 3 departments (product, engineering, sales, finance) with measurable outcomes

• Has been a startup founder or co-founder (successful or not)
• OKR certification (OKR International, Measure What Matters, Mooncamp, or equivalent)
• MBA from a recognised institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent international)
• Exposure to digital-native, B2B SaaS, or deep-tech companies
• Experience supporting investor conversations, board prep, or accelerator programs
• Has experienced both startup and large-company environments
• Basic technical fluency — comfortable in rooms with engineers and researchers
• Domain exposure to privacy, data governance, GRC, cybersecurity, or AI regulation (GDPR, DPDP, AI Act)
