GM / Sr. Manager – Exports (Cable Industry)

Location: Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

Markets: Africa, Middle East, SAARC

CTC: up to 22.0LPA

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic GM/Sr. Manager/ Exports Head to lead and scale our international business operations in the cables segment. The role involves developing global markets, driving revenue growth, and establishing a strong distribution and institutional sales network across key regions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead overall international business operations
• Develop and expand global markets
• Build distributor, dealer & channel partner network
• Manage EPC, institutional & B2B business
• Drive export growth and revenue targets
• Handle strategic planning for international markets
• Manage export operations, logistics & compliance
• Coordinate with production, supply chain & finance teams
• Lead and mentor export team
• Strengthen relationships with international buyers, utilities & contractors

• AB Cables

Experience Required:

• 8–15 years in Cable Export Industry
• Strong exposure to Africa / Middle East / SAARC markets
• Experience handling international business operations
• Existing network with distributors, EPC contractors & international clients
• Strong understanding of export regulations, certifications & documentation

Preferred Industry:

Wire & Cable / Electrical / Power Industry

Preferred Companies:
