This is a full-time, on-site role for a Glacier Guide based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include leading groups on glacier treks, ensuring participant safety, providing guidance, and delivering an exceptional experience. The Glacier Guide will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining equipment, and addressing questions or concerns from participants. Collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution will be a key part of the day-to-day duties.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guiding, team coordination, and addressing participant needs
• Proficiency in planning and logistics management for outdoor expeditions
• Knowledge of outdoor safety protocols and first aid training is a must
• Physical fitness and stamina to navigate challenging terrains
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in conducting outdoor activities, adventure tours, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in outdoor education, tourism, or related field
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the terrain surrounding Delhi will be advantageous
