Role Description The General Manager Sales – FPS CCTV ELV (Builders Segment) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies for FPS, CCTV, and ELV solutions within the builders and real estate segment, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The General Manager will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service coordination. Day-to-day activities include engaging with builders and developers, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, collaborating with technical and operations teams for solution design and delivery, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and contributing to long-term business planning for the segment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and business development skills in security solutions or related technical products, particularly within the builders or real estate segment.
- Demonstrated General Management capabilities, including planning, decision-making, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations.
- Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales and customer-facing teams.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience in FPS, CCTV, ELV, or electronic security industry preferred; exposure to project-based sales in construction or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
