Role Description The Assistant Vice President Sales will lead and manage sales activities for EON Meditech’s ENT product portfolio in an on-site, full-time role based in Surat. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across target regions. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, guiding and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. The role involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The Assistant Vice President Sales will also prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing teams.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to maintain, grow, and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sales Operations to manage pipelines, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Business Development to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, medical devices, or ENT products sales is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and managing sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and support field activities.
