Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enterprise organizations, and senior business leaders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer hiring strategies, business objectives, talent challenges, and organizational priorities to recommend consultative workforce solutions.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship building through commercial discussions, internal coordination, successful hiring, and long-term account growth.
  • Partner with delivery, recruitment, finance, legal, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution, exceptional client experience, and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Expand enterprise relationships by identifying cross-functional hiring opportunities, driving repeat business, and positioning Flexiple as a long-term strategic talent partner.
  • Build market intelligence around GCC expansion, hiring trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape to strengthen sales strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, IT Services, SaaS, Staffing, Recruitment, Consulting, or B2B services.
  • Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting, enterprise relationship building, and consultative selling.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, and long-term account development.
  • Excellent communication, business acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
