Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Kapurthala for the position of Frontline Sales Executive. The individual will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, making presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations, and collaboratively working with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets
• Customer relationship management experience, including the ability to identify and fulfill client needs
• Knowledge of electrical products, including switches, LEDs, wiring systems, and related technologies
• Basic understanding of market trends and competitive analysis in the electrical industry
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to deliver presentations and write accurate sales proposals
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain detailed sales records
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in electrical product sales is a plus
