Front Desk Representative (Retail Store)
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers both in-store and online, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, and service requests professionally.
- Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and other online channels.
- Coordinate appointments, walk-ins, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
- Support sales activities by guiding customers through products and collections.
- Handle billing, order tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management when required.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Experience handling social media inquiries and customer support.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
