Front Desk Representative (Retail Store)


📍 Location: Gurgaon

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)


About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers both in-store and online, and possess strong organizational abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, and service requests professionally.
  • Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and other online channels.
  • Coordinate appointments, walk-ins, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Support sales activities by guiding customers through products and collections.
  • Handle billing, order tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock management when required.


Requirements

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.
  • Experience handling social media inquiries and customer support.
  • Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
