Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Front Desk Receptionist/Tele Caller. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires efficiently addressing customer concerns and maintaining a professional front-facing presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective handling of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to perform Receptionist Duties, such as welcoming visitors, managing office scheduling, and organizing appointments
- Skills including documentation, data entry, and coordination
- Strong Communication skills both verbal and written for engaging with customers and team members
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and managing client inquiries efficiently
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus
