This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Front Office Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. They will ensure smooth communication with patients, families, and staff while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
- Experience in Front Office management and assisting visitors
- Strong skills in Customer Service and addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Good verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications and scheduling systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is preferred
