Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Digital Manufacturing Engineer. The Digital Manufacturing Engineer will analyze, design, and optimize digital manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration between automation systems, machinery, and production workflows. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and maintaining digital tools, conducting data-driven analysis to improve production efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and ensuring that all solutions are scalable, innovative, and aligned with industry best practices. The role also involves documentation, reporting on project progress, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and process optimization
  • Proficiency in data-driven analysis, including data visualization, machine learning applications, or statistical tools
  • Experience working with manufacturing software, such as CAD/CAM, PLM systems, or MES
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry standards in quality and regulatory compliance within the relevant sectors
  • Relevant academic qualification (e.g., Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline)
  • Previous experience in industries such as Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Equipment is a strong advantage
