Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida, focused on US sales and outbound sales for the AU market. The Freight Broker will build and manage a portfolio of shippers and carriers, generate new business through outbound calls and digital outreach, and negotiate competitive freight rates and contracts. Daily activities include coordinating shipments, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery, and resolving service issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing and updating load confirmations, tracking and tracing shipments, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution. The Freight Broker will also maintain accurate records in CRM and TMS tools, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales targets and revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including rate negotiation, carrier sourcing, and load planning.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Account Management skills to build long-term relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
• Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and real-time communication with carriers and drivers.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with US and AU freight markets, lanes, and regulations, along with basic knowledge of air, ocean, and multimodal logistics.
• Relevant qualifications include 1+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales, strong spoken and written English, and proficiency with CRM/TMS and MS Office tools.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a target-driven mindset, ability to work with night or flexible shifts for US/AU time zones, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative working style.
