Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Freight Broker specializing in US Logistics. The Freight Broker will manage daily freight operations, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers, and resolving any logistical challenges. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, scheduling dispatches, and overseeing account management for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Experience in Customer Service and effective client communication
• Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating with carriers
• Strong Account Management skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience in US logistics or the freight industry is highly desirable
