Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and new business acquisition. This role plays a key part in scaling our business footprint and maximizing revenue through strategic franchise partnerships and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new franchise and business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads and onboard new franchise partners across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitor activity, and customer demand.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and franchise investment discussions.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and expansion targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong market analysis capabilities.
- Experience in managing franchise networks is a plus.
