We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and new business acquisition. This role plays a key part in scaling our business footprint and maximizing revenue through strategic franchise partnerships and cross-selling opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new franchise and business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads and onboard new franchise partners across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitor activity, and customer demand.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and franchise investment discussions.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue and expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in managing franchise networks is a plus.
