Role Description The Franchise Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective franchise partners, including conducting meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive franchise expansion. The consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees. Daily tasks include understanding franchisee requirements, providing consultative guidance, addressing inquiries, and supporting franchise partners to achieve mutual business goals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and contributing to strategies that strengthen the franchise network.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand franchise models and advise prospects effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and support franchise partners.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar consultative sales role, preferably in a services or education-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, lead-tracking systems, and MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
