Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present ASI’s hotel technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. The position involves managing the entire sales cycle, including understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will regularly follow up with clients, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, attending industry events as needed, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with technology solutions, including basic understanding of hospitality software, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in hospitality or SaaS sales is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English and local languages, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Surat.
