Role Description
As a Food and Beverage Captain at Summit Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee daily restaurant and dining operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising service staff, upholding service standards, managing food and beverage delivery, and resolving guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Siliguri property.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide a team
- Thorough knowledge of high-quality Service Standards and best practices in food and beverage operations
- Experience in Food Service processes and procedures
- Excellent Customer Service ability to ensure guest satisfaction
- Clear and effective Communication skills to liaise with team members and guests
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
