Role Snapshot: We are seeking an FP&A AM/Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, long-term models, and rolling forecasts
• Variance analysis of cost & revenue, project expense tracking at WBS level
• Monitor KPIs, conduct scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Develop MIS reports, support investor/board reporting
• Assist in evaluating new projects & investments
• Ensure accurate reporting via SAP, drive process improvements

Desired Skills:

• Strong SAP knowledge (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel & financial modelling
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
