Role Description

The Agency Development Manager is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of insurance agents to help achieve business objectives. The manager will be responsible for driving sales, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering relationships with clients. Additionally, the candidate should develop strategies for business growth, conduct regular training sessions, and provide innovative solutions to optimize processes and improve successful outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment and team management skills with the ability to coach and mentor agents.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tactics, including delivering presentations and creating strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills useful for building client relationships and collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Management and organizational abilities to coordinate tasks, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry is preferred along with ability to stay updated on market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Motivated, target-driven, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
