Primary areas of focus include CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Automation, Service Mapping, Request Management etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with coworkers globally and work independently are key requirements for this position.

Responsibilities
Job Description
- Support the technical design and solutioning of integrations and platform enhancements while working with stakeholders, technical support teams and ServiceNow teams for requirements gathering and successful implementation and deployment.
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, configuration, customization, and administration tasks.
- Be able to translate Technology, Operations, and Support process requirements into functional specifications for configuration with a focus on automation where possible.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process workflows, and configuration details.
- Manage integrated functionality and technology dependencies, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of tools used and its applications to ensure audit and user requirements are met accurately and timely
- Performs advanced data collection tasks and leads in requirement gathering/collection
- Day-to-day administration of the organization's ServiceNow platform
- Create reports and dashboards using Platform and Performance Analytics.
- Assist in development and execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing scripts on enhancements, and platform upgrades.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, with a proven track record of successful platform implementations and support.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities, including, CMDB, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, IT Operations Management features and Reporting.
- Experienced in gathering business requirements, developing prototypes to validate, refine requirements and led tasks required for implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HRSD a plus but not required.
