Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hoshiarpur, with a mix of on-site field activities and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves visiting healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and nutrition-focused outlets to promote Signutra’s product portfolio, generate leads, and drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, building strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Field Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, track competitor activities, maintain accurate sales records, and support local marketing initiatives. Collaboration with the sales operations team to achieve targets, manage territory performance, and provide feedback on customer needs is a key part of the role.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales and Lead Generation skills to drive product adoption and achieve territory sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage reporting, track performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
