Role Overview

RD Bytes is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, meet clients directly and convert opportunities into business. This is a target-driven field sales role focused on client acquisition in the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation

• Visit business hubs, SMEs, startups and commercial areas for direct client acquisition
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and pitch services (Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding)
• Generate leads through cold visits, references, networking and events
• Schedule meetings for senior sales/management team

Client Interaction & Conversion

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions
• Follow up consistently to support deal closures
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Reporting & Target Achievement

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Field Sales / Direct Marketing / B2B Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with outdoor field work and sales targets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or web services preferred
• Two-wheeler and Laptop mandatory
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
