Summary about role:
Central point of contact for all product, marketing and sales-related tasks and issues in the assigned product area in India.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device products, from development to market launch and post-market surveillance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
- Marketing Execution: Design and implement marketing plans tailored to the medical device/pharma industry, including campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the sales team, providing them with product training, promotional materials, and tools to drive revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Regulatory, Quality) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Education:
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institute with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Core Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
- Presentation & Communication: Exceptional skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Challenger Mindset: Continuously question the status quo to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaboration: Build strong rapport across functions and hierarchies.
- Willingness to travel extensively to connect with sales teams, attend conferences, and meet with stakeholders.
