Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Different cities of West and Central Uttar Pradesh for a 6 Posts of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Senior Area Sales Manager (Sr. ASM). The role involves launching Products,strategic planning, overseeing regional sales operations, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and market expansion. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, providing reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales expertise, including knowledge of regional sales management, team leadership, and market expansion techniques
• Strong communication, relationship management, and client interaction skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and reporting
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
