Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive hub acquisition and develop strategic partnerships with unions, associations, transport groups, and local business networks. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential hubs, onboarding partners, maintaining strong relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through field activities.
Key Responsibilities Hub Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive hub acquisition and develop strategic partnerships with unions, associations, transport groups, and local business networks. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential hubs, onboarding partners, maintaining strong relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through field activities.
Key Responsibilities Hub Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new business hubs, vendors, franchise points, or operational partners in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits and market surveys to evaluate potential locations and opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize onboarding agreements.
- Ensure timely documentation and partner activation.
- Build and maintain relationships with unions, trade associations, driver groups, transport unions, labor unions, and local business bodies.
- Coordinate meetings with union representatives and key stakeholders.
- Develop partnership strategies to increase business penetration and operational support.
- Resolve partner concerns and maintain long-term engagement.
- Generate leads through direct field activities, references, and networking.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and tie-up targets.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with acquired hubs and union partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily visit reports, acquisition status, and sales updates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for execution and partner support.
