The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and high-energy Field Sales Consultant to spearhead our growth in Gujarat. As a Consultant, you won’t just be selling products; you will be an educator and an advocate for a healthier lifestyle. You will navigate the field to build strong networks with architects, interior designers, and B2B partners like cafes and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership: Identify and expand market opportunities within Gujarat to drive product adoption.
Consultative Selling: Educate potential clients on the technical benefits of Hydrogen-Rich Alkaline Water and our pHydrafyt ionizer technology.
Network Building: Actively build and maintain a robust network of dealers and high-net-worth customers.
Direct Outreach: Manage field sales activities and direct customer interactions with a professional yet punchy communication style.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earning potential through our lucrative incentive structure.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience: Preference is given to candidates with experience in Water Purifiers, Ionizers, Consumer Durables, or Home Appliance sales.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for field-based customer dealing.
Mindset: A target-oriented self-starter with a "Gen-Z" mindset toward modern business growth.
Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local Gujarat market and a drive to build lasting professional relationships.
